Hey Everyone, it’s been a long time since I posted a blog on Motivation. This post is gonna be on seeing the Positive sides in other words, Looking Into My positive side.
I could see a lot of people dealing with more negative thoughts with their life, Work and education-based problems and more. This post could help them ( maybe)!!!. I could understand the amount of stress faced by these work from home peoples. Damn, I think the amount of work you do from your home is more than the amount of work you do from your office.
It’s not easy to maintain your family and your work stuff at the same time. Yo!!! Schl kids and college people…I do understand your situation too. Attending an online session for more than 2 hours is like hell. I usually don’t prefer online classes but considering today’s situation it’s the best they can provide…
Looking Into My positive side (Being Positive)
I clearly understand its real big deal to get up and work straight for almost 10-12 hrs and going to sleep as late as you can… Students have been facing a lot of Online sessions which is a real headache. To those people who are frustrated and stressed enough because of their work-life, I suggest you guys take a little break from your work life and spend some time for your personal happiness. I know it sounds a bit tough… But what can be more important than your personal happiness?.
What can you do to release the stress?
- Get along with your friends. One of the best solution ever!!!.
- Watch a movie of your interest. I always get along with the new movies so you would get to experience a new thing and if that entertains you that’s a different story.
- Meet new people. Meeting someone new near your park or your living space can help you to gain new contacts. New contacts=new energy.
- Gain Positive vibes, which is one of the major points I would like to say.
- Ignore Negativity. Now, we can clearly see a lot of negative energy around us, we should learn to ignore that.
I would also suggest you to read a good book. This acts as a stress relief for a huge set of people. You can try your luck on that too!!. Alright, let me tell you about my experience… I was down a lot of time, angry and have been facing a lot of failures… It took some time to clear up what am up to… And then there came a phase where I enjoy what am doing. I made sure that I can handle myself, a lot of times. It was really frustrating to sit in front of your computer and work for a long period, I faced the same issues. But luckily, one act of mine before the lockdown helped me to stay focused and helped me to love myself for what am…
I stayed focused on what I did. I suggest you to stay focused on what your doing, it will help you to look into your positive side. It may be stressful, frustrating now but when you achieve your goal and when you experience the appreciation’s, you will change. Your stress and frustration would run away. Remember, whenever you feel like your work is not appreciated, have some patience because you have put a lot of hard work into it and waiting a bit long won’t affect you in any means. Continue your good work all the time because it would take you to new heights.
In recent times, I have been exploring myself quite a lot. Right now, am Being Positive(Being_____Someone). Now I could get a clear idea of what am doing, even if plan A fails, I always make sure that I have a Plan B. I could suggest you guys with the same… Always have a backup plan that could help you in your crucial moments. Take care of your family even if you are busy with your Office schedules or your study schedules. Your capabilities change when you are positive. If you would like to see those extra abilities, look into your positive side and be positive.
